The executive regulation of the real estate contributions law aims to regulate the activity of real estate contributions. The regulations come in implementation of what was stipulated in Article (Thirty-Seven) of the real estate contributions law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/203) dated 12/28/1444 AH.
