He currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Justice for Property Documentation and Registration, supervising the leadership and membership of several administrative, development, regulatory, and technical committees. His judicial career spans general courts, personal status, labor courts, and appellate courts. He represented the Ministry of Justice in numerous committees formed by the Council of Experts at the Council of Ministers to review and amend draft laws, conduct legal studies, and has participated in various conferences and training programs. He holds a Master’s in Legal Systems from the Higher Judicial Institute and a professional certification in Process Management from IIBA.
