He has served as Deputy Minister for Policies, Regulations and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources since 2021. He has over 16 years of experience in legal and legislative affairs, encompassing legal practice, legal consultancy, and experience in both the public and private sectors. He played a key role in establishing the Ministry and developing its organizational structure and legal framework. He also serves on several national and quasi-judicial committees.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Higher Judicial Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
