H. E. serves as the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Saudi Arabia. H.E. leads the Ministry's efforts to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 by enhancing the quality of life in Saudi cities, providing integrated housing solutions, enabling the municipal sector, improving the efficiency of government spending, and developing sustainable infrastructure. H.E. has held several leadership positions, most notably CEO of RAFAL Real Estate Development Company, Chairman of the Real Estate Development Fund Board of Directors, and Head of the Housing Program. Additionally, he serves on the boards of several authorities and institutions, including the National Water Company, Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and the Expenditure & Project Efficiency Authority.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.
