H.E. has served as MEWA Deputy Minister since April 2017. He has over 27 years of experience in planning, development, public policy, regulation, project management, rural development, and innovation. He has held leadership positions at the Saudi Electricity Company, the Electricity and Co-Generation Regulatory Authority, and the Ministries of Water and Electricity, and Environment, Water and Agriculture. He chairs several national-level councils. H.E. holds a Master of Science in Engineering and has participated in several international executive programs in leadership and public policy.
