has served as the Assistant Minister of Interior since 2023. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior from 2020 to 2023, following his tenure as Undersecretary of the Makkah Region from 2018 to 2020.
Beyond his high-level executive responsibilities, His Excellency possesses a wealth of expertise in development and institutional transformation. Consequently, Dr. Al-Faleh lends his strategic vision to the boards of several prominent national entities, including the General Authority for Military Industries, the State Properties General Authority, and the Transport General Authority, alongside his contribution to the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority. Furthermore, Dr. Al-Faleh maintains an active presence in numerous esteemed local and international councils.
Dr. Hisham holds a PhD in City Management from Newcastle University, United Kingdom.
