Since 2023, he has served as the CEO and Board Member of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA).
Eng. Abdullah Al-Hammad held several senior posts at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, including: Supervisor of the Housing Program, Deputy Minister for Land and Survey, Assistant Deputy Minister for Lands, Chairman of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (Tasfiah), and the Off-Plan Sales or Rent Committee (Wafi), in addition to serving as Director of Project Management.
He is also a board member of the State Properties General Authority and GASGI, and a member of the White Land Fees Committee Secretariat, contributing to a number of development committees.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from King Saud University and completed an executive education program at Harvard.
