Eng. Nabil bin Abdulrahman Al-Haqbani

He currently serves as the Assistant Governor for Shared Services at the State Properties General Authority. With over 20 years of experience spanning the government, private, and non-profit sectors, he has developed and led several institutional, sectoral, and national strategies and initiatives. Additionally, he has served as a board member for several national companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University, UK. He also holds multiple professional certifications in project management and performance management, and has presented numerous research papers and studies at both local and international conferences.
