He brings significant legal expertise in both the public and private sectors, with a strong focus on drafting and developing laws and regulations, as well as providing legal advisory services. He holds a Professional Doctorate in Law from the University of Arizona, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammad ibn Saud Islamic University. He currently serves as the General Supervisor of the Office of the Minister of Energy and is also a member of several boards of directors and quasi-judicial committees.
