A letter from the property owner approving the annotation on the title deed of the property to be developed, restricting disposal of ownership until completion of real estate development works, unless the property is registered in rem.

In case the developer wishes to receive reservation amounts for real estate units from the buyer or tenant during the validity period of the Real Estate Project Marketing License, the following must be complied with:

Disclose the project status and future plans.

Do not receive more than (5%) of the real estate unit's value.

Deposit all received reservation amounts into the designated escrow account.
