  4. Issuance Real Estate Developer Qualification.
  5. Navigate to “Create License Application.”
  6.  Select the Real Estate Contribution License.
  7. Complete application form..
  8. Agree to the declaration..
  9. The engineering consultant’s approval of the license application through the platform.
  10. The certified accountant's approval of the license application through the platform.
  11. Submit the application.
  •  Credit Report Clearance Certificate.
  • Real estate registration number or ownership document for the project
  • Agreement with the property owner, if any.
  •   Property valuation conducted by three accredited valuers
