FAL – Real Estate Brokerage
After the real estate broker obtains the Real Estate Auctions License (FAL), in order to hold a real estate auction, the broker must first create a brokerage contract with the owner to execute the auction. The broker must also submit a request to the Authority to hold a real estate auction.
  1. Navigate to the Real Estate License List 
  2. Select the Real Estate Auctions License (FAL)
  3. Click the “More Information” button under the “Hold a Real Estate Auction” section
  4. Fill in the required forms
  5.  Send it to the Authority for approval via the email Licensing@rega.gov.sa
