Down Payment Release Service

FAL – Real Estate Brokerage
A service that allows the beneficiary to release the agreed-upon down payment, either with the consent of the involved parties or upon closing the deal, if the deal is closed or if one of the parties chooses not to proceed with completing the transaction.

If the applicant for releasing the down payment is the buyer or tenant:

  1. Log in to Fal Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
  2. Navigate to the “Down Payment for Properties” page, and click on "Down Payment Details" for the relevant contract.
  3. Click on "Release Down Payment", select the applicable reason, and enter the SMS verification code sent to the mobile number.
    An SMS will be sent to the other party to accept or reject the application.
  4. Check the application status by visiting the "Applications" page and selecting "Down Payment Release Applications" to view details and any reasons for rejection, if any.

 

If the applicant for releasing the down payment is the property owner or its representative:

  1. Log in to Fal Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
  2. Navigate to the "Down Payment for Properties" page
  3. Click on "Down Payment Details" for the relevant contract
  4. Click on "Release Down Payment", select the applicable reason, and enter the SMS verification code sent to the mobile number.
    An SMS will be sent to the other party to accept or reject the application.

Check the application status by visiting the "Applications" page and selecting "Down Payment Release Applications" to view details and any reasons for rejection, if any.
If the applicant for releasing the down payment is the property owner or its representative:

  1. Log in to Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
  2. Go to "Applications" page and select "Down Payment Release Applications"
  3. After selecting the application from the “Applications” page, the application details page will appear, allowing the property owner or representative to either approve or reject the application, and to provide a reason for rejection.
  4. Verification is made by entering the verification code sent to the mobile number.
  5. A notification message will appear to inform the property owner of the application status.
  • An active account on the Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
  • There must be a brokerage contract with a status of 'Active' or 'Expired', provided that no more than (60) days have passed since its expiry.
  • There is an ownership document/service, which has not been closed, if the contract includes more than one ownership document/service.
  • Supporting documents must be provided to prove the completion of the transaction (e.g., a new ownership document, application for hosting an auction, etc.).
  • An active account on the Real Estate Brokerage Platform.
  • There must be a brokerage contract with a status of 'Active' or 'Expired', provided that no more than (60) days have passed since its expiry.
  • There is an ownership document/service, which has not been closed, if the contract includes more than one ownership document/service.
  • Supporting documents must be provided to prove the completion of the transaction (e.g., a new ownership document, application for hosting an auction, etc.).
