Create a New Association (Add Unit)

Enables owners and occupants of jointly owned units to submit a request to create a new association if one does not exist
  1. Register Individual/Entity
  2. Select “Add Unit”
  3. Enter the required information
  4. Access the association
  • Electronic Title Deed: Fully owned, or mortgaged with financing entities / Real Estate Registry / Financing contract.
  • The number of owners in the association must be three or more.
  • If no association exists, a request to create an association is submitted.
  • Electronic Title Deed: Fully owned, or mortgaged with financing entities / Real Estate Registry / Financing contract.
