The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating as a diamond sponsor in the third edition of the international technology conference LEAP, held from 4 to 7 March at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. REGA’s participation aims to raise awareness of PropTech in the Saudi market, promote investment opportunities, and engage with professionals and stakeholders in the real estate technology sector.
During its participation at LEAP, REGA is showcasing several of its digital platforms that facilitate real estate transactions, including the Ejar platform, the Real Estate Unit Subdivision platform, and the Real Estate Brokerage platform. Additionally, REGA is participating in various workshops and discussion sessions at the event, where it is presenting the Kingdom’s real estate legislative framework, including the recently issued Real Estate Contributions Law.
It is worth noting that the LEAP international technology conference is being held under the theme "New Horizons", featuring participation from more than (1,800) exhibitors representing leading global technology companies. The event includes multiple platforms and thematic stages, such as the main stage focused on Web 3, strategic insights from major global tech firms, and discussions on user privacy in technology. The conference also includes an investors’ platform and dedicated stages covering educational technology, retail technology, financial technology, health technology, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, future energy, and smart cities.
