The Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) held its twenty-sixth meeting, chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Chairman of REGA’s Board of Directors, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The meeting was attended by REGA’s Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Abdullah Al-Hammad, along with board members representing government entities and the private sector.
At the outset of the meeting, the Board reviewed the decisions and directives it had previously issued. It also examined the reports submitted by the Board’s affiliated committees and reviewed REGA’s strategic plans, including the progress of the real estate legislative framework, the registration of real estate titles, licensing matters, supervisory efforts, services provided to beneficiaries, and various real estate activities. Additionally, the Board reviewed the implementation of the Real Estate Contributions Law and the progress made in establishing the off-plan sale and lease activity.
