Women’s Empowerment in the Real Estate Sector
In line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030—which positions women's empowerment as one of the key pillars of national transformation—the real estate sector is witnessing a steadily growing presence of women, within a fair regulatory environment that guarantees equal opportunities and promotes the participation of qualified talent without discrimination.
This growing presence is a result of the integration of national regulatory frameworks, most notably the Saudi Labor Law, which has enabled women to enter various sectors, including real estate, in accordance with licensing requirements and approved professional practices.
Women’s Participation in the Real Estate Sector
Data issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) highlights the extent of Saudi women’s involvement in real estate activities, primarily through two key tracks: professional qualification and official licensing.
