Real Estate Unit Subdivision
| Provides services to facilitate subdivision procedures and requirements, through which a building or real estate complex is subdivided or re-subdivided into several real estate units that define all information about the real estate unit and its share of land area, common parts of the property, and usage rights. The service is provided to beneficiaries (owner or developer) through consulting and surveying offices accredited with the subdivision program. After review and approval of the application, subdivision minutes are issued and sent to the notary office for registration to the beneficiary or buyer. |
