It aims to automate real estate development sector services under the supervision of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in accordance with the Law for Sale and Lease of Off-Plan Real Estate Projects issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (196) dated 04/03/1445 Hijri.
