Granting Absolute Proof
| Title registration deeds issued by the Real Estate Registry are granted absolute proof for real estate ownership after completing one year from posting the owners' lists. Absolute proof is considered the highest degree of evidence according to the Real Estate Title Registration Law, and its content is applied before the judiciary and all entities without additional evidence, and cannot be challenged, overturned, or canceled, except if the challenge is due to a clerical error or forgery. |
