The capital city, Riyadh, is set to host the second edition of the Maskan Exhibition from 7 to 9 December. The event is organized under the patronage of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, with participation from various government entities, real estate development companies, and financing institutions.
The exhibition aims to offer an integrated experience for beneficiaries looking to own a variety of residential units. It enables visitors to select and purchase residential units directly at the exhibition, while benefiting from exclusive housing and financing offers available during the event. Additionally, the exhibition provides free engineering consultations by participating engineering firms and offers insights into the latest developments in modern construction technologies and building methods. These efforts are geared toward serving Saudi families and visitors seeking housing solutions, with the broader goal of increasing real estate supply and raising homeownership rates.
It is worth noting that the exhibition, along with its accompanying events and new product launches, is an extension of ongoing efforts by relevant government entities in partnership with the private sector to support the objectives of the Housing Program—one of the initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030. The event contributes to developing the real estate sector, offering optimal housing and financing solutions, and delivering a distinguished and comprehensive homeownership experience for Saudi families.
