The Global PropTech Summit, organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), will officially commence this Sunday, 27 October 2024, in Riyadh. The event is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of REGA’s Board of Directors, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. Organized in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), the summit brings together leading figures, experts, and specialists in the real estate and PropTech sectors. More than 100 speakers from 80 countries will share their experiences, insights, and perspectives alongside thought leaders, CEOs of major real estate and PropTech firms, and global investors.
The summit will address the ongoing digital transformation of the real estate sector and the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of PropTech. It will explore the latest advancements in modern construction technologies, the impact of virtual reality and artificial intelligence on the future of real estate, and the automation of services and operations. Discussions will also include PropTech’s contributions to urban development, smarter decision-making, investment growth, and financial sustainability.
