The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is set to host the inaugural edition of the Global PropTech Summit this October in Riyadh, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and Chairman of REGA’s Board of Directors, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The event will be held in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC).

The summit will bring together leading figures, experts, and specialists in the real estate and PropTech industries, including investment funds, financial institutions, and CEOs of major real estate and technology companies from around the world. A dedicated PropTech exhibition will run alongside the summit, featuring participation from real estate firms, digital platforms, and local and international technology companies. The exhibition will showcase PropTech innovations, industry experiences, and forward-looking visions in light of rapid technological advancements, supporting the strategic goals of the Kingdom’s real estate sector and reinforcing its leadership in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The summit agenda includes sessions, workshops, and meetings focused on the digital transformation of the real estate industry and the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of PropTech. Key topics will cover the latest advancements in modern construction technologies, the application of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) in real estate, and how these tools are streamlining operations and services. Discussions will also explore PropTech-driven urban development, smarter decision-making, investment growth, and financial sustainability.

The Global Summit will welcome a wide range of participants, including major real estate platforms, investment funds, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, consultants, training institutions, developers, and over 100 speakers representing 80 countries. These global leaders will share expertise, insights, and best practices while fostering dialogue and collaboration. The event will also feature the signing of strategic agreements and the launch of new initiatives in support of the PropTech sector. The summit will cover several key themes, including innovation and entrepreneurship in real estate technology, and the transformative impact of 3D printing—from blueprint to built environment. It will serve as a vital platform for building international partnerships and provide a gateway for startups and established companies to present their innovative solutions, engage with investors, and scale their impact. It also highlights Saudi Arabia’s strategic position as a global hub for PropTech innovation—thanks to its geographic location connecting three continents, its robust economy, investment-friendly environment, and the strength of its real estate market.

REGA invites interested parties, specialists, researchers, and industry stakeholders from around the world to register and participate in the summit. The full agenda is available at: https://globalproptechsummit.com/  . .

It is worth noting that the Global PropTech Summit coincides with the continued growth and dynamism of the Saudi real estate market, which is increasingly calling for innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs driven by rapid population growth, smart city initiatives, and ambitious development projects across the Kingdom.
