The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will participate tomorrow in the "Ristatex Riyadh Real Estate 2025" Exhibition, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from 17 to 20 February. The event will feature broad participation from major real estate companies and developers who will showcase the latest products and services designed to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families seeking homeownership, alongside real estate brokers, marketers, financing entities, and investors.
REGA’s participation in the "Ristatex" Exhibition aligns with its role in raising awareness within the real estate sector, promoting transparency principles, and encouraging quality investments. It also reflects REGA’s commitment to exchanging expertise and experiences with sector professionals and involving the community as a partner in innovating technical solutions that enhance services and products—ultimately boosting the competitiveness of the Saudi real estate market and advancing toward a future of modern, urban cities committed to sustainable development and quality of life. As part of the exhibition, REGA is organizing several dialogue sessions addressing real estate sector developments, future trends in real estate development activities, and the sector’s needs and requirements.
At "Ristatex Riyadh," REGA’s team will present the integrated real estate legislative framework, including the "Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law and Regulations," the "Real Estate Brokerage Law," and the "Real Estate Contributions Law." REGA will also introduce participants to the rights of those involved in the sector and the services offered for activities under its regulation, such as the Ejar program, the real estate unit subdivision program, the Mullak program, the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center, the Real Estate Registry, and the Partners Service Center.
It is worth noting that the "Ristatex Riyadh Real Estate 2025" Exhibition aims to highlight the real estate sector’s role in diversifying investment sources—one of the key objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The exhibition also showcases real estate sector developments, mixed-use residential and commercial projects, and trends that contribute to the prosperity and sustainability of the Saudi real estate market, reinforcing its position as a dynamic sector capable of adapting to rapidly changing economic variables.
