The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating in the Al-Qassim Real Estate Forum, held from 3 to 5 July 2024 at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Unaizah. The forum brings together public and private sector entities, along with a distinguished group of leaders, pioneers, experts, and specialists in the real estate and investment fields.
REGA’s participation in the Al-Qassim Real Estate Forum reflects its ongoing role in enhancing real estate awareness and knowledge, exploring development opportunities, and exchanging expertise with professionals in the sector. It also aims to provide insightful analysis and forward-looking perspectives on real estate market trends, introduce the latest updates on relevant laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the sector and investors. Moreover, REGA seeks to involve the community as a key partner in creating innovative solutions to address sector challenges and in advancing toward a future that strengthens Saudi Arabia’s real estate market as a global model and an attractive hub for investment.
Through its team and its participation in dialogue sessions and workshops at the forum, REGA presents the framework of real estate legislation, including the "Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law and Regulations," the "Real Estate Brokerage Law," and the "Real Estate Contributions Law." It also introduces stakeholders to their rights and highlights the services provided under REGA’s regulatory scope, such as the Ejar Program, the Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program, the Mullak Program, the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the Real Estate Registry, and the Partners Service Center.
It is worth noting that the Al-Qassim Real Estate Forum aims to explore and highlight promising investment opportunities in the region’s real estate sector. It serves as an ideal platform for investors and developers to discover a diverse range of opportunities across commercial, residential, and tourism real estate. The forum also plays a vital role in spreading awareness and knowledge of the latest legislative developments that support the growth and sustainability of the real estate market.
