The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating as a legislative partner in the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition (SEREDO) 2024, which launches today, Tuesday, 14 May, and runs for four days at the Jeddah Forum and Events Center. The event features the participation of relevant government entities, a distinguished group of real estate developers and financing institutions, as well as experts and specialists in the real estate and investment sectors.
REGA’s participation in SEREDO 2024 reflects its commitment to raising real estate awareness, introducing real estate legislation, exchanging expertise with industry professionals, engaging the community in developing innovative solutions to address sector challenges, and advancing toward a future that strengthens the Saudi real estate market as a global model and an attractive hub for investment.
Through its team and the workshops it is hosting at the exhibition, REGA is presenting the real estate legislative framework, including the Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law and Regulations, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and the Real Estate Contributions Law. REGA is also introducing stakeholders to their rights and showcasing services for activities regulated by REGA, such as the Ejar Program, Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program, Mullak Program, Saudi Real Estate Institute, Real Estate Registry, and the Partners Service Center.
It is worth noting that the SEREDO Real Estate Exhibition aims to share best practices and experiences in the real estate field, highlight competitive investment opportunities, and attract investors. It also plays a key role in spreading awareness and providing insights into the latest legislative developments in the sector, all contributing to the growth and sustainability of the real estate market. The exhibition supports positioning the sector as dynamic and adaptable to rapid changes, in alignment with the national real estate sector strategy and the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
