The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that today, Thursday, 28 December 2023, corresponding to 15 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 Hijri, marks the end of the nomination application period for acceptance into the training program for obtaining the FAL license for real estate consulting and the FAL license for real estate analytics. The number of applicants—both individuals and establishments—has exceeded 450.
REGA stated that applicants will be notified of their acceptance or rejection via text message no later than 10 January 2024, following a review and sorting process to verify that applicants meet the license requirements. For the real estate consulting license, applicants must hold a university degree in a relevant specialization—such as economics, engineering, finance, or business administration—or a similar field, in addition to having at least three years of experience in any real estate-related activity. For the real estate analytics license, a minimum of ten years of experience in real estate activities is required.
The training programs have been developed by the Saudi Real Estate Institute in collaboration with prominent local and international training institutions specializing in real estate consulting and analytics. The programs cover legal, communication, and technical aspects of the profession, and are delivered by highly qualified trainers. The duration of the training program is six weeks (one and a half months), reflecting REGA’s commitment to ensuring the quality and accuracy of consulting and analytical services offered to beneficiaries. Training courses for both tracks will be conducted in person in Riyadh, and held quarterly, starting on 21 January 2024 for the first quarter. Registration for the second quarter will open at the end of March.
