The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has licensed 71 electronic real estate platforms with FAL licenses for real estate brokerage and marketing activities, following their compliance with the necessary conditions and requirements and the completion of technical integration with REGA. These licenses have been granted since the implementation of the Real Estate Brokerage Law. 

REGA clarified that the real estate platforms that have obtained the FAL license for real estate brokerage and marketing include: (Sakan wa Safar, Samah Real Estate, Aqar.com, Sah, Dar DAR, Town Top Real Estate, Al-Dal, Sudasiyat Real Estate, Wasalat, Aqarz, Mada Real Estate, Raghdan Real Estate, Aqar, Sandak, Dhaki Interactive, Laqa Real Estate, Reinvest, Tasal, Sukuk Real Estate, Suhail, Ma'wa, Aqaratkom, Aqar City, Sakan International, Aqarak, ARK, Fifty Fifty, Rawaf Real Estate Platform, Rawasim, Khatawat Real Estate, Basat Real Estate, Amakin, Som Aqar, Bawabat Real Estate, Fursa Ghair, Mudun Real Estate, Muktamil, Amtar, Golden Time Real Estate, Abwab, Dallali, Holoul, Tour, Tadawolkom Real Estate, Ab’ad, Abraj Real Estate, Saei, TUBA, Deal App, Virtual Marketer, Afaq Alpha, Ard App, Rise, Nafitha, Aqarat Expo, Buyut Saudi Arabia, Manoun, Malik App, Nazal, Masaar Tamleek, Shabakat Aqar, Mubashir, Tamam, Property Finder, Sak Real Estate Platform, ALAAQAR, Zahib, Three Gates, Larat, Sakani).

REGA emphasized that it continues to accept licensing applications for real estate platforms through the Real Estate Brokerage Platform on its official website. This initiative supports market competitiveness, provides more options, and enriches the experience for market participants. REGA also noted that obtaining the necessary license and completing technical integration with the relevant entities ensures compliance with regulations, enhances the reliability of brokers and real estate advertisements, and improves the quality and efficiency of services and data in the real estate market. It further affirmed that unlicensed platforms will be subject to regulatory action and appropriate legal measures.

REGA reiterated that the FAL real estate license is the official document authorizing individuals and establishments to engage in real estate brokerage and services covered under the Real Estate Brokerage Law. The law aims to regulate brokerage activities, provide innovative and high-quality services to beneficiaries, contribute to the sustainability of real estate assets, reduce disputes, protect the rights of market participants, and enhance transparency in the real estate market.
