The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has licensed (28) electronic real estate platforms with FAL licenses for real estate brokerage and marketing, after the platforms met all requirements and conditions for licensing and completed the necessary technical integration with REGA.

REGA clarified that the platforms that have received FAL licenses for real estate brokerage and marketing to date include: (Aqar, Sandak, Suhail, Amakin, Bawabat Al-Aqar, Waslat, Mafateeh, Muktamil, Dallali, Deal App, Aqar City, Sah, Aqarak, Saei, Rise, Sukook Al-Aqariya, Abwab, Al-Dal, Tamam, Tadawolkom Al-Aqariya, Buyout Saudi Arabia, Ammar Noon, Shabakat Aqar, Khamsin Khamsin, Nafitha Al-Raqamiya, Aqaratkom Al-Aqariya, Manoon, and Dhaki Al-Tafauliya).

REGA confirmed that it continues to work on integrating additional platforms, noting that obtaining a platform license and completing technical integration with REGA ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. This step enhances the quality and efficiency of real estate data and increases the reliability of real estate advertisements by linking licensed platforms with the National Access Portal. REGA also emphasized that unlicensed platforms will be subject to monitoring and penalties.

REGA stated that the FAL real estate license is the official document authorizing individuals and entities to practice real estate brokerage and service activities under the Real Estate Brokerage Law. The law aims to regulate brokerage activities, deliver innovative and high-quality services to beneficiaries, improve the quality of real estate transactions, support both brokers and clients, promote real estate asset sustainability, reduce disputes, safeguard stakeholder rights, and increase transparency in the real estate market.

REGA reaffirmed its continued commitment to developing legislation that supports market stability, ensuring regulatory supervision, and enforcing compliance. It urged all stakeholders to adhere to real estate regulations and noted that it receives reports on real estate violations through its official platform or via the unified number (199011).
