The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will launch tomorrow the first edition of the Real Estate Media Forum at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of a distinguished group of media professionals and real estate experts. The forum aims to highlight the vital role of media in raising real estate awareness across all segments of society, thereby supporting the sector’s growth and helping it achieve its strategic goals.
REGA emphasized that the primary objective of organizing the Real Estate Media Forum is to reinforce the importance of integration between the real estate and media sectors in disseminating knowledge and promoting awareness about real estate trends, services, and ways to safeguard rights. The forum will feature dialogue sessions exploring the future of the relationship between media and real estate, as well as the impact of media on the development and transformation of the sector. These discussions will also address how media contributes to enhancing transparency and building trust.
REGA noted that the forum’s first edition will focus on the approach to managing diverse data sources—both internal and external—and the role of data as a key driver of information. It will examine how data contributes to shaping a more comprehensive understanding of the performance of various real estate programs, systems, and processes. This reflects REGA’s firm belief in the importance of data for media entities in conveying the messages of the real estate sector effectively, in alignment with REGA’s strategies and commitment to transparency. The initiative also aims to increase public engagement and improve the efficiency of services provided, ultimately contributing to sector development and sustainability.
REGA invited all those interested in real estate, including media professionals offering real estate analyses and consultations, as well as specialists from both the media and real estate sectors, to benefit from the forum’s dialogue sessions and the knowledge content that will be shared through REGA’s official website and social media platforms.
