The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will host the “Real Estate Brokerage Forum” and its accompanying exhibition next Wednesday, 17 July 2024, corresponding to 11 Muharram 1446 Hijri, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event coincides with the first anniversary of the Real Estate Brokerage Law’s implementation and will explore opportunities and development prospects in the real estate market. It will feature the participation of a distinguished group of experts and stakeholders from the sector, contributing to the advancement of the real estate industry and the realization of its broader aspirations.

REGA confirmed that the Forum aims to highlight the developments the Real Estate Brokerage Law has undergone over its first year. It will include dialogue sessions focused on sector opportunities and challenges, the importance of compliance with real estate laws and legislation, and case studies from successful real estate platforms involved in brokerage activity—all contributing to enhanced transparency and reliability in the sector.

REGA emphasized that this first edition of the Forum aligns with its continuous efforts to develop the real estate brokerage profession and build a robust and progressive sector that supports economic growth and fulfills the objectives of the comprehensive real estate strategy. The accompanying exhibition will showcase various real estate activities and feature dedicated sections for users of the real estate brokerage platform, services offered by the Real Estate Institute, and a space for receiving inquiries and serving partners. These components aim to support the effective communication of real estate sector initiatives, raise awareness of real estate laws and regulations, and foster transparency and community engagement—all in support of sustainable sector development.

REGA has invited the public, stakeholders, specialists in the real estate field, and practitioners involved in real estate brokerage, consulting, and analysis to attend the Forum and benefit from its dialogue sessions and exhibition.
