The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of the PropTech Business Accelerator in cooperation with the National Information Technology Development Program and the global accelerator STARTUP WISE GUYS. The initiative aims to accelerate the development, growth, and expansion of startups and entrepreneurial companies in support of the real estate sector, thereby increasing their contribution to GDP in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

REGA clarified that the first edition of the PropTech Business Accelerator program will be hosted at its headquarters. It is designed to build and support startups focused on the real estate sector and to facilitate their access to networks of angel investors and venture capital funds—ultimately enhancing their contribution to the national economy. The program offers specialized training workshops, one-on-one mentoring and advisory sessions, and expert-led development consultations. It also includes presentations of successful entrepreneurial case studies, access to shared workspaces, and direct connections between accelerator graduates and potential clients to support their market growth and long-term sustainability.

REGA noted that this initiative stems from its strategic objective to explore future opportunities, support innovation in real estate technologies (PropTech), and advance digital maturity in the sector. It seeks to position the Kingdom as a regional and local leader in PropTech entrepreneurship. Through its partnership with the National Information Technology Development Program, the accelerator will help foster innovation within the private sector and increase the adoption of advanced applications, services, and digital solutions that will define the technological future of the real estate market. The business accelerator program will unfold in multiple phases, starting with application submission, followed by evaluation and selection of participants. The structured program will run for six months, culminating in the graduation of innovative entrepreneurs, with ongoing post-graduation support to ensure continued success.

REGA invites entrepreneurs, specialists, and startup owners interested in joining the program to apply via the registration link: http://s.rega.gov.sa/KBp . The accelerator is launched in partnership with the National Information Technology Development Program and STARTUP WISE GUYS, a global business accelerator with proven expertise in PropTech, committed to supporting the growth of emerging real estate technology ventures.
