The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has launched its new visual identity, inspired by Saudi national, cultural, and architectural elements. The new identity reflects REGA’s vision of regulating, developing, and enhancing supervisory mechanisms in the real estate sector to raise its efficiency, encourage investment, and increase its contribution to the Kingdom’s GDP.
REGA’s official spokesperson, Mr. Taiseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej, explained that this step reaffirms REGA’s ongoing pioneering role in driving the growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom. It also reflects REGA’s commitment to its vision and strategic pillars—empowerment, transparency, and reliability—in developing the sector and stimulating economic growth. He emphasized that REGA will continue its efforts to uphold the highest supervisory and regulatory standards to achieve its goals.
It is worth noting that REGA is dedicated to regulating and developing the real estate sector in the Kingdom by enacting laws and legislation that enable sector stakeholders to operate in accordance with the highest approved standards. REGA also plays a key role in qualifying professionals in various areas, including real estate development, real estate financing, property management, and real estate investment. These efforts align with the Kingdom’s vision for the sector by promoting comprehensive and sustainable real estate development.
