The Global PropTech Summit, organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), is set to launch tomorrow, Sunday, in the capital city of Riyadh. The summit is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of REGA’s Board of Directors, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. It is organized in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) and brings together prominent figures, experts, and specialists in real estate and property technologies. More than 100 speakers representing 80 countries will share their insights, experiences, and perspectives alongside thought leaders, CEOs of major real estate and PropTech companies, and international investors.

REGA’s official spokesperson, Mr. Taiseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej, stated that the summit will host leading real estate platforms, fintech companies, entrepreneurs, experts, consultancy firms, training institutes, and developers. The event will feature a series of launches and agreements aimed at supporting the PropTech sector.  Key themes to be addressed include the legislative framework for real estate technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship in the future of PropTech, and the transformative power of 3D printing from blueprint to reality. The summit will serve as a platform for international partnerships and as a gateway for startups, emerging firms, and leading companies to showcase their innovative solutions in the real estate sector and connect with investors and venture capitalists.

Al-Mufarrej added that the summit will explore the digital transformation journey in the real estate sector and the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of PropTech. Discussions will cover the latest advancements in modern construction methods, the impact of virtual reality and artificial intelligence in automating real estate operations and services, and the application of PropTech solutions in urban development to enable smarter decision-making, investment growth, and financial sustainability. The summit will also highlight the vital role of PropTech in supply chain management, predictive analytics, and risk mitigation. Alongside the summit, a real estate technology exhibition will be held with the participation of local and international companies, real estate platforms, and tech firms. The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge PropTech innovations and next-generation solutions, along with global insights and future visions for the sector in light of rapid technological progress. This aligns with the Kingdom’s strategic objectives for the real estate sector and supports its leadership position in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the Global PropTech Summit coincides with the ongoing growth of Saudi Arabia’s real estate market, which is increasingly in need of innovative solutions to address the demands of rapid population growth, smart city initiatives, and ambitious development projects across the Kingdom.
