Property owners in the listed districts are encouraged to verify the validity of their title deeds and ensure all necessary documents are in order before the registration period begins. Information about the registration steps is available through REGA’s official platforms or by contacting the customer service center at 199002.

The Law of Real Estate Registration is designed to enhance the reliability and transparency of the real estate sector.
