The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the start of real estate title registration operations for (351,334) real estate plots across (316) districts in the Al-Qassim Region. This includes (130) districts in Buraidah City, (55) in Unaizah City, (23) in Al-Bukayriyah City, (28) in Al-Badayi' City, (48) in Al-Rass City, (16) in Al-Khabra and Al-Sahabin City, and (16) in Riyadh Al-Khabra City. The registration period begins on 3 November 2024, corresponding to 1 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 Hijri, and will continue until 6 February 2025, corresponding to 7 Sha'ban 1446 Hijri.

REGA clarified that the districts included in this phase of the Real Estate Registry cover a wide geographic scope. REGA noted that these districts were selected based on specific criteria, and additional districts across other regions of the Kingdom will be announced in the coming periods.

REGA stated that the initial registration of properties in these areas will be available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or at designated service centers. Title registration requires a valid title deed that meets legal requirements to complete the process. REGA encouraged property owners in the listed districts to verify their title deeds and ensure all necessary requirements are met in preparation for the registration period. Registration steps and details are available via REGA's official platforms or through the customer service center at 199002.
