REGA clarified that the initial registration of properties in these areas will be available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform at
https://rer.sa or through designated service centers. Registration requires a title deed that meets all legal conditions necessary to complete the process. REGA urged property owners in the designated areas to verify their title deeds and ensure that all required documentation is in order ahead of the registration start date. For assistance or further information regarding the registration steps, inquiries can be made via REGA’s official platforms or by contacting the customer service center at (199002).
Starting from the specified registration date, a "Property Number" and a Title Registration Deed will be issued for each registered real estate unit. The Title Registration Deed will include detailed property data, descriptions, condition, associated rights and obligations, all linked to precise geospatial information. This system aims to strengthen infrastructure and support the sustainability of the real estate sector. The Law of Real Estate Registration is designed to enhance the reliability and transparency of the real estate sector.
