The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the inclusion of eight new districts in the Real Estate Registry under the third phase, which began earlier this week. These districts are located in the southern and western parts of Riyadh City.
REGA called on property owners in the following districts: Al-Hazm, Al-Zahra, Al-Suwaidi Al-Gharbi, Al-Areejaa Al-Awsat, Al-Areejaa Al-Gharbi, Al-Awali, Dhahrat Al-Badee’a, and Laban to verify their property title deeds and ensure all necessary requirements are in place in preparation for the start of the registration process on Wednesday. Registration will remain open until 28 March 2024, corresponding to 18 Ramadan 1445 Hijri. With this expansion, Phase Three of the Real Estate Registry now includes eight real estate zones, covering several districts and bringing the total number of registered districts to 56 across three cities: 54 in Riyadh, and one each in Dammam and Madinah.
REGA clarified that first-time property registration in these districts can be completed through the Real Estate Registry electronic platform at https://eservices.rer.sa or by visiting designated service centers. Title registration requires a recent electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, including complete and accurate ownership data, a valid ID, and a power of attorney if the application is submitted by an agent.
REGA also indicated that inquiries and application follow-ups can be made by contacting the Real Estate Registry company through the unified number (199002). Beneficiaries wishing to visit the Customer Service Center in Riyadh can book an appointment through the official website: https://bookmyappointment.rer.sa/ar/AppointmentIndex.
