The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating in the "EXPO REAL" International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition, held in Munich, Federal Republic of Germany,
from 7 to 9 October 2024. The exhibition serves as a global platform for engaging with experts and specialists from around the world to exchange ideas and insights on innovative solutions to address challenges, future ambitions, and the evolving prospects of the real estate sector.
REGA’s participation is marked by its presence in an introductory pavilion that showcases key real estate legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These legislative frameworks are considered essential enablers for enhancing the attractiveness of real estate investments in the Kingdom. Through this presence, REGA aims to meet with real estate leaders and influencers from various participating countries, introduce them to the investment environment in Saudi Arabia, highlight its leading experiences in real estate regulation, and raise awareness among investors about the role of laws and regulations in developing the sector, improving its reliability, and increasing its appeal to investors.
In addition, REGA is contributing to meetings and workshops held as part of the exhibition’s events, where it is presenting its experiences in regulating the rental market, the Off-Plan Sale Law, and the development of the Real Estate Registry. REGA is also introducing practitioners to the Real Estate Brokerage Law, which is internationally recognized as a significant regulation in the sector. Furthermore, REGA is highlighting policies aimed at protecting the rights of stakeholders and showcasing digital real estate platforms that enable users to access all real estate services, complete transactions, and review real estate data and indicators.
It is worth noting that EXPO REAL is the largest commercial real estate and investment exhibition in Europe. It brings together the entire global real estate industry, offering an opportunity for effective engagement with relevant stakeholders and providing a platform for constructive dialogue among all sector participants. The exhibition features a rich program of events and discussions focused on the latest trends, innovations, and developments in real estate investment and financing. Key components include the Expo Forum, Innovation Hub, Planning and Partnerships Forum, the Exhibitors’ Stage, Grand Plaza, and the Technology Discussion Stage.
