Riyadh will host the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit (GLS2023) from 4 to 7 December, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Board of Directors, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The summit will bring together prominent real estate figures, chief executive officers of leading companies, members of the International Real Estate Federation, and international speakers representing more than (110) countries.
REGA’s official spokesman, Taiseer Al-Mufarrej, stated that the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit will include specialized dialogue sessions and multiple meetings focusing on key areas such as marketing, innovation, leadership, and real estate management. The summit will address current challenges facing the real estate sector, explore investment opportunities, and emphasize the role of leadership in fostering entrepreneurial innovation. Discussions will also highlight global best practices and explore the application of artificial intelligence in the real estate field. Al-Mufarrej added that coordination has been made with government and private entities to organize site visits for summit guests to some of the Kingdom’s most prominent real estate projects.
It is worth noting that the Global Real Estate Federation is the world’s largest organization within the real estate ecosystem. Established in 1951 in France, the Federation has more than (1.5 million) members across (70) countries. It operates under a comprehensive model that integrates economic, social, and environmental dimensions, supporting sustainable development and serving communities around the globe. The Federation also promotes a forward-looking approach to real estate sector development, focused on sustainability and competitiveness, particularly in areas such as real estate technology, FinTech, and PropTech.
