It serves as a space for creativity and innovation in shaping the future of real estate, offering insights into the latest trends and investment opportunities that support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The forum also contributes to creating a real estate environment that redefines human values and inspires future generations.

Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, Chief Executive Officer of REGA, noted that the journey of the Future Real Estate Forum is renewed and enriched each year. What began with a local focus on regulations and legislation has evolved to include technological advancement, business sector support, and efforts to enhance Saudi Arabia’s position as a flexible and strong global hub. The fourth edition now carries a more international character, continuing the progress toward a vibrant real estate sector that attracts investments and investors from around the world.

The forum will feature more than (34) dialogue sessions addressing key themes such as urban planning and residential community design, with emphasis on health, environmental, and social sustainability. Discussions will highlight the role of real estate technologies in constructing green buildings and explore promising opportunities for enhancing quality of life and sustainable community development. Topics also include the optimal use of natural resources, environmental conservation, carbon emission reduction, innovative financing and investment models, and the role of digital transformation in facilitating the homeownership journey in the Kingdom.

Additionally, the forum will present several successful global practices and experiences in real estate technology and development. It will explore the latest forward-looking approaches to the real estate sector, its influence on other economic sectors, and various activities that contribute to the industry's sustainability and growth. More than (17) workshops will be held to introduce key legislation and requirements for practicing real estate activities, as well as sessions on the use of artificial intelligence in real estate, modern real estate marketing techniques, and the role of professional training in attracting global investments.

It is worth noting that the Future Real Estate Forum will include the participation of elite economists, investors, decision-makers, and experts from the local and international real estate ecosystem. The forum will also host an accompanying real estate exhibition aimed at enriching sector knowledge, featuring participation from leading local and global companies, institutions, and major investors contributing to the international real estate landscape.
