REGA clarified that the Real Estate Register will issue a "Property Number" and a Title Registration Deed for each registered unit. The new Title Registration Deed will include the property's precise geographical location, owner details, descriptions, condition, associated rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that affect it. This process serves as the foundation for documenting ownership and the associated real estate rights, contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.
REGA reaffirmed that failure to register properties within the specified deadline in the announcement decision will expose property owners to financial penalties as stipulated in the Law of Real Estate Registration, with penalties determined by a specialized committee for reviewing violations. REGA also confirmed that real estate title registration applications will remain open in all announced regions even after the registration period expires.
