REGA stated that the initial title registration of properties in the listed areas will be available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or by visiting designated service centers. The registration process requires the presence of a valid title deed that meets all legal conditions.

REGA urged property owners in the targeted regions and districts to verify the validity of their title deeds and ensure that all necessary requirements are fulfilled in preparation for the registration process. Information about the registration steps is available through REGA’s official platforms or via its customer service center at 199002.

REGA also explained that starting from the launch date, a unique "property number" and a title registration deed will be issued for each registered real estate unit. This deed will include comprehensive details such as property data, descriptions, condition, and associated rights and obligations, all linked to accurate geospatial information. This initiative is part of broader efforts to improve infrastructure and promote sustainability in the real estate sector, in line with the objectives of the Law of Real Estate Registration to strengthen reliability and enhance transparency in the sector.
