The project aims to develop standards for Real Estate Consultations and analysis of real estate markets as stipulated in Article (III) of the Statute of REGA issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 239 dated 1438/04/25 H, which stipulated in paragraph (3) on "Issue Licenses and supervise real estate activities" and Paragraph (4) on the authority's "set standards for real estate activities", the project includes: Prevention of practicing the activity without obtaining a license, licensing requirements for practicing the activity and cases of cancellation thereof, duties and prohibitions of practicing the activity, and monitoring compliance with the provisions of the standards.
